Before Your Wedding Day

Our support begins well before your wedding day. As your coordinator, we'll help keep your planning organized, your timeline on track, and your budget in focus while serving as a trusted resource throughout the final months leading up to your celebration.

Our coordination process includes:

  • Monthly planning check-ins to review your progress, answer questions, and provide guidance.

  • Increased communication as your wedding approaches, including bi-weekly meetings beginning approximately three months before your wedding and weekly check-ins during the final month.

  • Vendor communication and confirmation to ensure every member of your vendor team has the information they need, understands the timeline, and is prepared for your big day.

  • Timeline creation and coordination to ensure everyone knows where they need to be and when.

  • A venue planning meeting approximately two to three weeks before your wedding to finalize your floor plan, layout, timeline, and any remaining logistical details.

By the time your wedding day arrives, every detail has been reviewed, confirmed, and organized so nothing is left to chance.

Rehearsal Coordination

Your rehearsal sets the tone for a smooth wedding day.

We'll direct your ceremony rehearsal, guide your wedding party through the processional and recessional, answer questions, and ensure everyone feels comfortable and confident before the big day. You’ll leave the rehearsal feeling confident, comfortable, and knowing exactly what to expect on the big day.

On your wedding day, we take the lead behind the scenes so you never have to.

From the moment we arrive until the final event concludes, we're managing the details, communicating with vendors, keeping the timeline on schedule, and resolving any unexpected situations before they ever reach you.

Depending on your venue and package, our responsibilities may include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all vendors

  • Confirming vendor arrivals and overseeing setup

  • Managing the wedding day timeline

  • Coordinating deliveries and ensuring every vendor has what they need

  • Guiding the ceremony processional and keeping events running smoothly

  • Assisting your wedding party and immediate family throughout the day

All-Inclusive Venues

If your venue provides an on-site coordinator, we work alongside their team while focusing on the elements that are uniquely yours. We coordinate your outside vendors, direct your rehearsal, oversee your personalized timeline, and act as your dedicated advocate throughout the day.

Private Venues & DIY Celebrations

For venues that require additional logistical support, we provide more hands-on coordination. We oversee setup, coordinate décor placement, manage vendors, facilitate transitions throughout the day, and assist with end-of-evening responsibilities. We'll be one of the first to arrive and among the last to leave, ensuring every detail is handled with care.
